Scheduled downtime of CIPC due to migrating back to old platforms from 20-23 January 2023

CIPC Commission issued formal apology for the disruption and inconvenience caused by the migration of the CIPC transacting platforms, E-services and BizPortal. The aim of the new platforms was to register and maintain companies with minimum disruption but regrettably this could not be delivered.

To migrate back to the old platforms, E-services and BizPortal platforms will be shut down from 12h00 today, until Monday 23rd January 2023 at 07h30.

Scheduled downtime of CIPC:

START: Friday, 20 January 12h00

END: Monday, 23 January 07h30

During the downtime period, the CIPC call centre will not be available and you will not be able to log queries through the CIPC Query Resolution System (QRS).

You are requested to that you bear with the process during the rollback as there may be further teething problems experienced. CIPC will endeavour to ensure that the system is fully functional and that all data from previous and current transactions is retained. There will be continuous  updates issued on the progress.
