Lebombo boarder post cargo delays as cashless system is implemented

Customs cargo delays at Lebombo border post of the new Temporary Import Permit (TIP) payment system. No cash is accepted anymore, transporters without cashless activation should enter the N4 beyond last tollgate to avoid long standing times.
