Tariff amendment: New rebate item for titanium dioxide

Amendment to Part 1 of Schedule No. 3 inserting rebate item 306.04/3206.11/01.06 to provide for a rebate facility on titanium dioxide for use in the manufacture of paints, varnishes as well as prepared driers classifiable in tariff headings 32.08, 32.09, 32.10 and 32.11.

The amendment also provides for the deletion of the said items with effect from 20 July 2025.

Implementation dates: 20 January 2023 and the deletion of the said item with effect from 20 July 2025.
