This webinar focuses on the critical role of ethics in the accountancy profession, with a particular emphasis on the IESBA (International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants) Code of Ethics. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the key principles governing ethical behaviour, recent amendments to the IESBA Code, and how to apply these standards in real-world scenarios.

Faith Ngwenya
Faith Zandile Ngwenya is a seasoned professional in accounting, education, and leadership, holding a Master of Accountancy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with BCom degrees from the University of South Africa and the University of Zululand. She is a Professional Accountant (SA) with SAIPA, a Chartered Certified Accountant through ACCA (UK), and a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Institute of Directors (IOD) and ABASA.
Faith currently is an Independent Contractor engaged by the Chartered Institute of Business Accountants in their Technical, Education and Professional development units.
She has contributed to various national and international bodies, including IFAC’s Small and Medium-sized Practitioners Advisory Group, the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA), and the Association of Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Professionals (ABP). Currently, Faith chairs the Fasset Working Committee and Hand in Hand Southern Africa (NPC).
