Notice 27: CIPC launches new call centre

CIPC new call centre system is going live on 26 September 2022.

The new system provides for a ‘virtual queue’ while waiting for the next available consultant. Customers already registered as a CIPC customer will be able to use their ID numbers while queuing to save time.

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu will allow you the following options:

  1. Self-help
  2. Business Registration
  3. Business Maintenance
  4. Business Disclosure
  5. Customer Code / Password reset and Finance / Payment-related enquiries
  6. Intellectual Property
  7. Any other enquiries
