Overview

In this course we will focus on the transition from being an Accountant into being a Financial Manager. This will help attendees realise what the main differences are of this management role compared to a purely financial role and identify the main points to focus on in order to be successful.
Cashflows, stakeholders, risks and technology are all key to being a successful manager, but it can all seem very daunting when being exposed to it for the first time. We will help you identify key points and have a solid foundation to work from.
