All information relating to the form CoR123.2 and legal documents in terms of Regulations 123(3) and filed in accordance with section 129(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), must be submitted via the electronic platform New e-Services, www.cipc.co.za / Enterprise Registration / New e-Services. Manual forms for licensing will no longer be accepted as being submitted or filed if it was received via email to cor123.2@cipc.co.za.

Domain Name Registrations suspended
Domain Name Registrations service will be temporarily disactivated with the relaunch of e-services. For further assistance on registrations kindly contact ZANDA or other service providers for domain names.

Deadline Extended to 2 January 2023 for Submission of Annual Returns and AFS
Due to a slow initial uptake, the pilot project for co-operatives filing returns on the XBRL system was extended to enable interested parties to test the platform. Cooperatives are still encouraged to submit their returns on eservices in an XBRL format.

Notice of Introduction of Online Filing of Notice of Location of Company Records (Form Cor 22) for Companies
Electronic filing method will be available to file a Notice of Location of Company Records (form CoR22). The date of the activation of the electronic filing method will be communicated on the Commission electronic platform.
