Who will have access to these AFS and how confidential will the information in the financial statements be kept?

The AFSs are kept in CIPC’s repository.

Request by shareholders, investors, interested stakeholders etc. may request a copy of the AFS at a prescribed fee in terms of the Act.

You may also apply for a confidentiality agreement in terms of Section 212 of the Act.
