If you want to calculate the 10% penalty for the period that the company was non-compliant, when does the period of non-compliance start?

The date of non-compliance is only after the 40 days stated in the compliance notice.

CIPC considers the non-compliance to start after they have given the company the standard time frame to rectify the identified issues and to comply with the details set out in the compliance notice.
