CIPC emails to confirm /request evidence to information submitted to company services
Notice 43 issued on 26 July 2023 requesting directors of companies to provide confirmation or evidence for information submitted to ensure the validity and correctness of such information. It is requested that directors comply with the requests timeously.
The requests are related to the following applications:
- Company Name Change (Form CoR15.2)
- Authorised Share Changes (Form CoR15.2)
- Change in Company Address (Form CoR21.1)
- Company Registration (Short Standard Private Form and Short Standard NPC)
Directors should timeously submit the requested information, following the steps detailed in the request to the following email: ComplianceCompaniesNameChange@cipc.co.za
Note: It is a criminal offense to submit wrong information to the CIPC.
