Overview
Public Benefit Organization’s (“PBO’s) are not exempt from Income Tax. Instead, they are subject to a partial system of taxation.
In this session, we will deal with the Income Tax implications of PBO’s with specific reference to the spilt between taxable and non-taxable income. We will also address the rules regarding Section 18A certificates and the legislation applicable to the issue of the certificates.
